Dr. Tucker completely saved my life and helped turn it around.

Repressing my feelings or letting them own me was the only way I knew how to “deal” with them. Using mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, Dr. Tucker, helped me work with my feelings, acknowledge them, listen to them, understand them, accept them….Dr. Tucker was there right by my side helping me out and always being there for me. And, through doing this work with Dr. Tucker, all the intense feelings gradually subsided and lost their control over me.

Dr. Tucker helped me more easily accept the parts about myself that cause me insecurity. I am so much more comfortable with my relationships, communication and social interactions – all of which are far healthier now.

I was in a very bad place and going absolutely nowhere with no future to look forward to when I met Dr. Tucker… I don’t know if I was ever really happy before. I am happy now and grateful for so many people and things in my life, including Dr. Tucker and all the work we did together.

Prior to meeting Dr. Tucker, I was off-and-on, Prozac, Zyprexa, Ambien, Klonopin, and a few other medications to try to manage my anxiety and depression for over 10 years… In retrospect, I wish I tried to get off of this medication from the beginning but, prior to meeting Dr. Tucker, I really did not believe it was possible. I no longer want or need any of this medication at all. Given how totally dependent I was on it – I am still completely amazed that the work I did with Dr. Tucker helped me get off of this medication and not want or need it at all. With no medication and putting into place the things I learned from Dr. Tucker, I feel night and day better than when I was on any of the medication.

Dr. Tucker helped me be comfortable with my feelings, better understand and accept my feelings.

Dr. Tucker helped me better understand myself, who I really was, how I truly felt, why I did things, and what I wanted in myself, what kind of person I truly wanted to be, what I truly wanted in my marriage, my friendships, and my career.

Dr. Tucker helped me more easily accept the parts about myself that cause me insecurity. I am so much more comfortable with my relationships, communication and social interactions – all of which are far healthier now.
