Mindfulness Meditation is one of my areas of expertise. One of the most rewarding aspects of my practice is teaching meditation and seeing people develop a geater level of awareness and inner peace.
 
Meditation is not therapy. It is a practice that I teach to small groups of people.  Most people who learn meditation feel empowered to face life’s challenges with a new set of skills. In these classes, we learn how to meditate, practice together, and discuss our experience. Classes are two hours, once a week,  for eight weeks.
